Executive Assistant to Startup CEO - EdTech

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to Startup CEO - EdTech who is eager to embrace a new adventure. In this Executive Assistant remote position, you will have the freedom to work remotely or in a hybrid model while being trusted to deliver impactful results.

What You'll Do

• Manage the CEO's personal operations, including inbox, calendar, and priorities.
• Coordinate travel and podcast logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
• Negotiate with banks, vendors, and service providers to secure the best terms.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
• Build scalable operating systems and maintain financial discipline across multiple countries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives or demanding founders.
• Strong service orientation with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, chaotic environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Notion and Airtable.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management and negotiation.
• Familiarity with finance and administrative operations.
• Willingness to travel to Dubai or Paris a few times a year.
