About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EUC Desktop Engineer to join our dynamic team. This EUC Desktop Engineer remote position offers a unique opportunity to provide L2L3 technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual desktops. You will be responsible for delivering seamless IT support to end users by managing desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, and EUC infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Provide L2L3 technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and virtual desktops. Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, application, and network-related issues.
  • Perform OS deployment, image management, and device provisioning using tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
  • Package, test, and deploy applications via SCCM, Intune, or other software distribution tools.
  • Manage printers, VPN, collaboration tools, and unified communication devices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, accessories, and licenses.
  • Document SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides while ensuring security compliance policies are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience in EUC Desktop Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, Azure AD, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, GPO, WSUS, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security and compliance tools.
  • Certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL v4 Foundation.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VDI environments (Citrix/VMware).
  • Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (Dell, HP, Lenovo).
  • Strong communication and customer service mindset.
