About the Role

We're hiring an Entry-Level Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at BeaconFire Inc. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to exciting projects in software development. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that builds secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

What You'll Do

  • Develop full-stack applications using Java 8+/JEE, Spring, Angular 2+, React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for various applications.
  • Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests to ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Support continuous improvement through research and implementation of new technologies.
  • Work within agile teams to meet sprint goals and deliver user stories.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of OOP principles and data structures (Collections, Maps, Lists, Sets, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of practical experience in Java development.
  • Experience with Spring, Maven, Angular, HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with tools and servers like Tomcat, RabbitMQ, WebLogic.
  • Knowledge of JSP, J2EE, and JDBC is a plus.
