About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise Security Engineer to join our team at TRM Labs, a blockchain intelligence company dedicated to building a safer world. As an Enterprise Security Engineer remote, you will play a critical role in securing our corporate software, services, tooling, and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Engineer secure-by-default endpoint baselines for macOS and Windows, ensuring encryption, firewall, and application controls are in place.
  • Automate and scale identity and access controls in Entra ID and Google Workspace, including SSO, SCIM, and privileged access workflows.
  • Codify security controls as code using Terraform, ensuring peer review and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain automations and integrations that reduce manual access grants and speed up control changes.
  • Harden SaaS and collaboration platforms by enforcing strong authentication and data protection guardrails.
  • Improve visibility and detection by ensuring logging coverage for key SaaS applications.
  • Drive vulnerability and configuration drift reduction through patch compliance targets and remediation pipelines.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for escalations related to identity and endpoint security.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience engineering and scaling endpoint management for macOS and Windows.
  • Strong IAM foundation with hands-on experience in Entra ID and Google Workspace.
  • Proven ability to automate workflows using scripting and APIs (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint, and network controls.
  • Comfort balancing security and usability, communicating tradeoffs clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
  • Experience in Security Incident Response and Security Operation Centers.
