About the Role

Douro Labs is hiring an Enterprise Marketing Lead to drive our go-to-market strategy for institutional-grade market data. This Enterprise Marketing Lead remote position offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategies that resonate with financial institutions and enhance our B2B subscription products. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Pyth as a leading provider of market data for institutional clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that positions Pyth as a top-tier market data provider.
  • Create high-conversion marketing assets, including 1-pagers and case studies, specifically tailored to financial institutions.
  • Own the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to lead generation, across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate closely with business development and engineering teams to translate complex data offerings into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Analyze performance metrics across campaigns and leverage insights to optimize messaging and channel strategies.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven success in marketing data or SaaS products to financial institutions.
  • Deep understanding of institutional workflows, market data needs, and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize technical product features into concise business value.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with collateral, campaigns, and account-based marketing.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy, initiative, and a bias toward measurable outcomes.
