Enterprise Implementation Project Manager - Remote

DentalXChange is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and delivering successful implementations for our enterprise clients. You will ensure seamless onboarding, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to long-term support. What You'll Do

• Manage enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Execute implementation governance practices and maintain clear status communication.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define integration requirements.
• Support Enterprise Sales by contributing to SOW refinement and project scoping.
• Maintain structured project documentation across approved systems.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for project execution.
• Track and report on key implementation metrics.
• Ensure all implementation activities meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project management or enterprise implementation.
• Experience coordinating complex client integrations involving EDI and APIs.
• Familiarity with healthcare or dental revenue cycle processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities with accuracy.
