About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team for a transformative healthcare programme in Jersey. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect to lead strategic initiatives and shape the future of healthcare technology. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be instrumental in defining enterprise-wide architectures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a public sector environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and own enterprise target and transition architectures, ensuring alignment with healthcare transformation goals.
- Lead architecture governance across multiple programmes and workstreams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and capability models that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Provide oversight for cloud migration, application rationalisation, and systems integration, leveraging your expertise in cloud platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, data protection, and security standards, maintaining the integrity of healthcare systems.
- Partner with programme leaders, solution architects, suppliers, and senior stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
- Support procurement, vendor selection, and assurance processes to enhance project outcomes.
- Contribute to modern operating models and SDLC best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect on large-scale transformation programmes, particularly in healthcare or public sector environments.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, with TOGAF certification being essential.
- Experience across business, data, application, and technology architecture, with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Demonstrated ability in legacy-to-modern transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of operating both strategically and hands-on.
Nice to Have
- Experience in public sector or healthcare programmes, with knowledge of interoperability and shared services.
- Prior consultancy background that enhances your strategic insights.
- TOGAF certification or equivalent qualifications.
