About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Applications Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As an Enterprise Applications Manager remote position, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing our enterprise application ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring the strategy, performance, integration, and security of critical business systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency and scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Own and enhance enterprise applications across the business, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, SLAs, and maintain data integrity across all platforms.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- Manage application projects, enhancements, and change initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing applications team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Key Systems
You will work with key systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Rippling, Ramp, Zip, and Peppol, as well as various SaaS tools that are integral to our operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing enterprise applications, preferably in a SOX-regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder and people management experience, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or financial systems.
- Deep understanding of SOX, ITGCs, and enterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and proactive in taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines.
