Enterprise Account Executive - LATAM (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Enterprise Account Executive - LATAM to join our team at Chainalysis. In this remote role, you will be a key player in helping crypto-native companies, financial services, and enterprises confidently adopt blockchain technologies as part of their cryptocurrency strategy. As an expert storyteller and problem-solver, you will leverage your skills to build strong customer relationships and tailor your sales approach to meet their specific needs.
What You'll Do
- Exceed your quota and significantly increase our market presence in the LATAM Private Sector through proactive prospecting and developing your sales pipeline.
- Establish trust-based relationships with customers, leading to network referrals that enhance Chainalysis’ brand awareness.
- Create and execute go-to-market plans that yield predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts.
- Develop a diverse pipeline of opportunities that result in consistent and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice to prospects regarding technical concepts, product roadmaps, and solutions implementations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly in the financial services industry (banking, fintech, asset management).
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and the buying process.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present Chainalysis at customer-facing events and conferences.
- A proven track record in new business development and market creation.
- The ability to connect technology solutions to a customer’s desired business outcomes.

- Experience selling solutions related to risk & compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security solutions.
