Requirements

• Proven experience managing and mentoring a distributed engineering team.
• Strong background in building complex distributed systems, preferably in a remote setting.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Go, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience in fostering a culture of code quality and test infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures.
• Ability to prioritize end-user experience and business value over technical trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with applied cryptography is a plus.
