About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Run and optimize our production capabilities and overall operations on the site.
  • Manage projects related to factory revamping, automation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives.
  • Shape the industry of the future through digital transformation using data and process control.
  • Drive the sustainability, energy transition, and safety agenda in collaboration with diverse specialized teams.
  • Challenge our organization and provide suggestions for potential improvement opportunities.
  • Take ownership of your development and career growth with the support of a mentor.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries.
  • Digital background is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in any additional language is advantageous.
  • Competencies: Expertise in engineering principles, leadership, and project management.
