About the Role

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in e-commerce or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical and operational roles.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce trends is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
