About the Role

Zapier is hiring a full-time Director of GTM Finance to join our team. This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in the Americas. As the Director of GTM Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategies and driving growth initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with our go-to-market strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis for go-to-market initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize revenue growth and profitability.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive performance improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on go-to-market strategies.
• Proven track record of financial leadership in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth.
