Saltbox is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Growth (AI & GTM) to join our dynamic team. This Director of Growth remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA while leading our growth strategies in the AI sector. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and driving growth initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with our AI and GTM objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to drive execution of growth initiatives.
- Lead a team of growth marketers and data analysts to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate growth strategies and results effectively.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a growth leadership role, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and growth marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious growth targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or related fields.
