Events Specialist - Remote Position for APAC at Binance

About the Role

Binance is seeking an Events Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity, focusing on the APAC region. As an Events Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing both online and offline strategic events that drive cryptocurrency adoption and enhance our community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute a variety of events across the APAC region, both online and offline.
• Lead and coordinate local market teams to implement regional offline events effectively.
• Align business priorities and key messaging with event activities to ensure a cohesive strategy.
• Manage end-to-end event operations, including pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Create engaging event-related materials, such as brand visuals and content for various platforms.
• Build and maintain an online event calendar, regularly hosting webinars and other online formats.
• Identify and coordinate Binance’s participation in industry conferences and community activities.
• Manage budget and post-event data reporting to measure success and inform future events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and executing events, both online and offline.
• Experience in the fintech sector and digital events is preferred; knowledge of the Web3 industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with excellent execution capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with community engagement and activation strategies.
• Familiarity with AI tools in event management.
