Director of Finance - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Finance - Remote to lead our financial strategy and operations at the Thriving Center of Psychology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the financial landscape of our organization while working remotely. You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial modeling, and revenue cycle management, ensuring that our financial practices align with our mission to provide exceptional mental health services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance financial operations and compliance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage financial analysis and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a finance director or similar role, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance and nonprofit financial management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to Have
