What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to offer tailored advice and streamline accounting processes.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance their experience.
• Prepare year-end financial statements accurately and efficiently.
• Calculate corporation tax and personal tax liabilities, providing innovative tax planning ideas.
• Collaborate with managers and other departments to support the overall delivery of services.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding their business needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop accounts trainees to foster their growth.

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA qualified with relevant practice experience.
• Experience working with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced accounting firm.
• Familiarity with various accounting software tools.
• Leadership experience in training or mentoring junior staff.
