Director of Finance - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Finance - Remote to lead our financial operations and strategy. As a Director of Finance - Remote, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop financial strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage cash flow and capital planning to support business operations and growth.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Nice to Have
