Digital Marketing Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will contribute to the success of multiple brands through strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that elevate our clients' brands and enhance their overall brand awareness.

What You'll Do

  • Execute digital marketing tasks on platforms such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, MailChimp, and Marketo.
  • Gather, report, and analyze marketing performance data to inform future campaigns.
  • Create and manage email marketing programs, landing pages, and website updates.
  • Implement A/B testing for landing pages, emails, and CTAs to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams, including visual and content teams, to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with clients to implement HTML/CSS website edits.
  • Create and optimize paid media programs using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets set by management.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, and Marketo.
  • Comfortable with marketing technology and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress page builders like WPBakery or Elementor.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com or HubSpot is a plus.

  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
