Digital Marketing Manager - HVAC & Plumbing Focus

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing for the HVAC and Plumbing sectors, particularly in the US market. As a Digital Marketing Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and enhancing our brand presence.

What You'll Do

• Lead generation through managing and optimizing paid campaigns, including Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads (LSA), to drive high-quality calls and bookings.
• Dominate local SEO efforts to ensure our business ranks prominently in the local map pack (GMB/GBP) in our service areas.
• Execute seasonal marketing strategies to effectively manage campaigns during peak and shoulder seasons (Heating vs. Cooling).
• Utilize our customer database for CRM marketing, focusing on email marketing and reactivation campaigns, with experience in ServiceTitan or similar platforms being a significant advantage.
• Enhance our online reputation by driving more 5-star reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically targeting the US market, with a focus on HVAC or Plumbing.
• Technical proficiency in Google LSA, PPC, and local SEO factors.
• Native-level English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent copywriting skills.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on metrics such as Cost Per Lead, Booked Calls, and ROAS.
