About the Role

The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy in their search for a Digital Marketing Manager - Creator Collective to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager remote position where you will play a key role in driving engagement and sales through innovative marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Affiliate Network and the Direct program lead to oversee Partner Recruitment, Management, and Optimization.
  • Drive outreach and recruitment strategy targeting approximately 10,000 partners per week.
  • Monitor engagement, outreach volume, and sign-up rates, adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Test and optimize recruitment channels, including social outreach, email, and platform-based tools.
  • Own creator onboarding goals of 24,000 creators by December 2026, including active and revenue-driving targets.
  • Align incentives, recruitment campaigns, and email initiatives to drive $11M+ in annual GMS.
  • Manage and maintain the Creator Database with affiliate partners.
  • Oversee the Creator Dashboard with support from Rakuten to ensure accurate tracking of new and existing members.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing creator or affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective outreach and relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Braze.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Entry-level experience in digital marketing or related fields.

  • Experience in e-commerce marketing.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with content creation and management.
