Country Manager - Remote Position for iGaming in Czechia

About the Role

We are looking for a Country Manager - Remote to join Medier, a leading marketing agency specializing in the iGaming industry. As a Country Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy across Czechia. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in iGaming or betting to make a significant impact in a dynamic market.

What You'll Do

• Own full P&L responsibility and define a clear growth roadmap for Czechia.
• Build and lead a local team and agency network across marketing, CRM, affiliates, and partnerships.
• Adapt global brand, product, and acquisition strategies to local market dynamics and player behavior.
• Establish and nurture high-value relationships with key affiliates, media partners, and payment providers to maximize growth potential.
• Orchestrate large-scale campaigns and sponsorships that build brand authority and player loyalty.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through performance KPIs: NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC, retention, and reactivation metrics.
• Act as the voice of the market internally, providing insights and opportunities directly to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming or betting, preferably on the operator side.
• 1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven record of scaling revenues and building profitable growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of Czech player profiles, competitive landscape, and marketing channels.
• Native Czech speaker, fluent in English with outstanding stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing and data analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and affiliate marketing.
• Previous experience in managing remote teams.
