About the Role

Join us for the Design Sophomore Summit Internship - Remote, a unique opportunity to explore various design-related internships and full-time career paths in corporate retail at Abercrombie and Fitch Co. This three-day virtual event will bring students from across the USA together to learn about our business, hear from former interns, interact with senior-level leaders, and team up to complete a hands-on case study that brings our roles to life.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in a three-day virtual summit focused on design roles within Abercrombie and Fitch Co.
  • Engage with former design interns to gain insights into their summer experiences and career paths.
  • Explore various design roles including Apparel Design, Tech Design, Graphic Design, CAD Design, and Creative Marketing.
  • Collaborate in team-based settings to complete a hands-on case study that simulates real-world design challenges.
  • Learn about A&F Co.'s corporate social responsibility initiatives across Inclusion & Belonging, Philanthropy, and Sustainability.
  • Jumpstart the recruiting process for a 2027 Summer Internship.

Requirements

  • Must be a sophomore working toward a bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Passion for the Abercrombie and Fitch brands.
  • Curiosity about a career in corporate retail.
  • Ability to thrive and collaborate in team-based settings.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn more about the design industry.
