About the Role

We're hiring a Dental Assistant-Receptionist to join our team at Bupa, where your contributions will help shape a future where healthcare is more connected, personal, and human. What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x-rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
  • Be the friendly face and organized mind of the practice, managing patient inquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
  • Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and data security obligations.
  • Promote patient education in dental health and contribute to the smooth operation of the practice.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a dental assistant or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems is a plus.
  • Commitment to upholding health and safety standards and Bupa’s values.
