  • Continuous Improvement: Refine support workflows and incident management processes to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a technical support team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot APIs and analyze system logs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
