About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analytics & Reporting Lead to join our team in a remote capacity. This role will focus on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and will be integral to driving data-driven decisions within our organization. As a Data Analytics & Reporting Lead - remote, you will have the opportunity to influence key business strategies through insightful analytics and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of analytics and reporting strategies for Trade Promotion Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize advanced data analytics tools and techniques to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance and quality assurance processes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate findings effectively to various audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on reporting and insights.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities in data analytics.
• Project management experience in data-driven projects.
