We are seeking a Data Analyst - Risk Operations (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain comprehensive user tagging systems to support personalized services and risk control.
  • Analyze user behavior data to build accurate and dynamic user profiles.
  • Perform data mining and feature engineering to extract meaningful insights from large-scale user data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology to optimize user segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of user tags and profiles, continuously improving data quality and relevance.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, user profiling, or related fields.
  • Strong background in data analytics, user behavior analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Solid understanding of user tagging methodologies and user journey mapping.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment.
  • Experience with big data platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and experience applying them to user data is advantageous.
  • Experience with AI technologies and applications is a plus.

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
