  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes.
  • Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and automated testing frameworks.
