Data Analyst - Remote Position at MEDvidi

About the Role

Join MEDvidi as a Data Analyst in a fully remote position, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming mental healthcare. Our mission is to make mental health support accessible and affordable across the United States. As a Data Analyst, you will ensure high data quality and help teams make informed decisions based on accurate metrics.

What You'll Do

• Own core operational analytics processes across Medical Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Analyze operational performance focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau to provide visibility into operational metrics.
• Investigate inconsistencies in operational, financial, and product data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different sources.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support operational decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Fluent in Russian; English level B2 or higher.
• Ability to work CET-overlapping hours.
• High attention to detail and ownership of processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks).
• Previous experience in operational, financial, or HR analytics.
• Experience with data reconciliation between financial and product data sources.
