Customer Support Agent - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Support Agent to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be the face of London Stansted Airport, providing exceptional customer service as passengers travel through the airport. As a Customer Support Agent, you will interact with customers at key touchpoints, ensuring their journey is smooth and enjoyable.
What You'll Do
- Provide world-class customer service to all passengers, assisting with wayfinding and airport procedures.
- Respond to disruptions across the airport, offering contingency responses to incidents such as evacuations and asset breakdowns.
- Manage queues and waiting areas proactively, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Report safety and security risks, asset issues, and cleaning concerns to maintain a high standard of service.
- Assist customers throughout their journey, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with airline and ground-handling partners to ensure efficient operations.
- Engage with passengers in various airport areas, including check-in, pre-security, and immigration.
- Utilize conflict management skills to address customer concerns effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with airport passengers.
- Ability to assess situations and manage conflicts effectively.
- Excellent timekeeping and a strong work ethic.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.

- Competitive salary starting at £27,311.40, increasing to £30,241.58 after a successful 3-month qualifying period.
