Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
