About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals using our platform. What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they are set up for success.
  • Monitor client usage and engagement with our platform, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product adoption.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite to track client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills in customer success.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Experience with project management and training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the golf industry is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be located in the Continental USA.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B communication and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data processing tools.
