About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Associate - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals using our platform. What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they are set up for success.
- Monitor client usage and engagement with our platform, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive product adoption.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service improvements.
- Assist in the development of training materials and resources for clients.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite to track client interactions and progress.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills in customer success.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Experience with project management and training is a plus.
- Familiarity with the golf industry is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in the Continental USA.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B communication and relationship management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SQL and data processing tools.
