Customer Service Representative (Russian/​English) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (Russian/English) remote to join our team at Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume live chat and other online tools to assist customers effectively.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customer inquiries.
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency.
• Support other business units with customer liaison and accurately document customer requests.
• Manage complaints, offering proper solutions and options within designated time limits; follow up to secure resolution.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• Fluent in Russian and advanced English speaker.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or e-commerce.
• Outstanding new graduates are also welcomed to apply.
• High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
• Able to work under pressure with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about the customer service industry and willing to work under different shifts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems.
