About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Process Automation & AI Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team. You will collaborate with major car manufacturers and contribute to the evolution of customer service in the electric vehicle charging sector.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automation strategies to streamline customer service operations.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze customer insights and enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide training and support to team members on new automation tools and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service management or process automation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer service.
• Proficiency in tools such as Python, Google Sheets, and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the electric vehicle industry.
• Familiarity with Zapier for workflow automation.
• Knowledge of legal counsel and contract negotiation.
