What You'll Do

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service management or process automation.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer service.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, Google Sheets, and HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
