About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Service Manager - Diagnostics to join our team at Cyted Health. This remote position offers you the opportunity to lead our customer service function, ensuring seamless adoption and support for our healthcare partners. As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming access to esophageal care through innovative diagnostics.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the customer service function for Cyted’s diagnostics, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with healthcare providers and act as the primary point of contact for healthcare customers.
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding and training processes to enhance user experience.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Design processes for efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and operational staff.
  • Work remotely with flexibility in hours, contributing to a supportive and inclusive company culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in healthcare or diagnostics.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Understanding of operational workflows and customer service processes.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business.
  • Ability to analyze customer performance data and improve healthcare outcomes.
