What You'll Do

  • Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with selected customers and sales staff, ensuring effective communication.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking and delivery times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve various situations arising during cargo transportation.
  • Maintain customer records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, including data entry and document management.
  • Utilize the company's internal and customer systems to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service roles.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate smoothly and work effectively in a team.
  • Capability to manage large amounts of information simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A higher education degree is preferred.
