Physician Assistant - Spine Surgery (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our Spine Surgery team at Artemed. This Physician Assistant role is remote, allowing you to work in a flexible environment while supporting our specialized surgical team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and improving surgical outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Assist the surgical team in pre-operative and post-operative procedures.
• Provide active support during surgeries, ensuring a smooth operation.
• Manage outpatient and inpatient care for patients undergoing spine surgery.
• Handle organizational and administrative tasks related to patient care.
• Participate in patient rounds and follow-up visits.
• Join in on surgical on-call duties as needed.

Requirements

• A completed degree as a Physician Assistant, Bachelor or Master's degree.
• Demonstrated independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a surgical or clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in spine surgery or orthopedic settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Certification from a recognized Physician Assistant program.
