Transformation Project Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in managing critical projects that drive operational excellence and business performance at Worldline, a leader in the payments technology industry. As a Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the evolution of how the world pays and gets paid.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams, to align projects with strategic priorities and communicate progress effectively.
• Apply best practices in project and change management, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting for governance purposes.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance business performance, supporting the adoption of new tools and systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior management, contributing to Worldline’s turnaround journey and strategic change initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management or business transformation roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer excellence, sales excellence, or risk management is advantageous.
• Certification in project or change management would be a great asset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
