Crypto Funding Support Specialist - Remote Role

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Crypto Funding Support Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team at Kraken. As a fully remote company, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of accelerating the global adoption of cryptocurrency. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals.

What You'll Do

  • Answer client inquiries regarding cryptocurrency transactions, staking, and various crypto-related products through text and live support channels.
  • Provide testing and feedback for new features before they are released to clients.
  • Assist in managing our Consumer/Trading/Kraken Desktop support team, including QA for other specialists.
  • Monitor technical issues and liaise with funding engineers to ensure quick processing of client transactions.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to enhance team efficiency.
  • Potentially monitor crypto funding activity for fraudulent actions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience using the Kraken Pro platform.
  • Client support experience with a strong understanding of trading and charting.
  • Good math skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other platforms like Coinbase, Binance, or Bitmex.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Script.
  • Technical understanding of major cryptocurrencies and blockchain documentation.
  • Ability to speak additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish.
