What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize conversion across all our funnels, both digital and offline.
• Redefine the entire customer journey from impact to web, lead, sale, installation, and upsell.
• Identify real friction points in the conversion process and propose actionable solutions.
• Connect marketing, sales, and operations data to gain a comprehensive view of performance.
• Design and prioritize experiments focusing on real economic impact.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and international teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Create a continuous experimentation system that scales with the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading CRO or growth strategies with direct business impact.
• Proven experience optimizing complex funnels, ideally in eCommerce or hybrid models.
• Strong command of digital analytics tools (GA4, behavioral tools, CRM).
• Ability to connect data with strategic decision-making.
• Experience working in demanding, agile, high-growth environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.
• Familiarity with hybrid business models (digital + sales team).
• Comfort influencing strategic decisions beyond the digital channel.
