About the Role

We are seeking a CRM Operations Manager remote to join our rapidly growing international iGaming company. This role is pivotal in driving the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple global brands. As a CRM Operations Manager remote, you will focus on automation, personalization, and data-driven customer engagement using top-tier CRM platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the execution of CRM campaigns across various brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io to enhance customer engagement.
  • Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, focusing on segmentation and personalization.
  • Analyze customer data using tools like Power BI and Coralogix to drive insights and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all CRM initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and tools.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, preferably in iGaming or high-risk domains.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io).
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Postman, Coralogix).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the iGaming industry or related high-risk sectors.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
