About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Operations Manager remote to join our rapidly growing international iGaming company. This role is pivotal in driving the execution and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple global brands. What You'll Do
- Lead the execution of CRM campaigns across various brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Symplify, Optimove, and Customer.io to enhance customer engagement.
- Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, focusing on segmentation and personalization.
- Analyze customer data using tools like Power BI and Coralogix to drive insights and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all CRM initiatives.
- Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve CRM processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM or marketing operations, preferably in iGaming or high-risk domains.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Symplify, Optimove, Customer.io).
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Postman, Coralogix).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Fluent in English at an Upper-Intermediate+ level.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the iGaming industry or related high-risk sectors.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
