With over 7 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving our go-to-market initiatives and partnerships, ensuring that we meet our ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to scale, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to develop effective strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to analyze funnels, customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and unit economics to optimize marketing performance.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Foster partnerships that enhance our market presence and drive growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in marketing roles within digital, IT, or EdTech sectors.
• Proven track record of managing marketing and growth projects effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and native proficiency in Russian.
• Experience working in international markets is a plus.
