Head of Sales - Payment Solutions (Remote)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Sales (Remote) to join our dynamic team at a global payment aggregator. In this role, you will drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships while offering innovative payment solutions tailored to meet the needs of our merchants. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in empowering businesses with seamless integrations and a wide range of payment methods.
What You'll Do
- Sell and promote our payment products and services across various industries.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored payment solutions that fit their requirements.
- Lead product demos and client presentations, effectively communicating the value and differentiation of our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from negotiation and pricing to contract signing and client onboarding.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to track progress and inform strategy.
- Monitor market trends, risks, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with the tech and product teams to ensure high-quality client support and solution delivery.
Requirements
- 1+ year of relevant experience in PSP, fintech, or payments sales.
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of the payments market, trends, and high-risk segments.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and experience preparing reports and forecasts.
- Quick thinking, adaptability, and confidence in handling client objections.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher.
