About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead marketing and growth projects, overseeing all stages from inception to execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making, focusing on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Manage partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence and drive growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing project management, particularly in digital, IT, EdTech, or HealthTech sectors.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing funnels and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in English (C1 level) and native proficiency in Russian.
- Experience working in international markets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
