CRM Marketing Specialist - Remote Role for Sports Engagement

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing fan engagement through innovative marketing strategies. You will work closely with various teams to optimize our CRM campaigns, ensuring that we effectively reach and engage our audience.

What You'll Do

  • Drive product, contact, and creative strategies to develop and implement large scale CRM campaigns optimized using machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Manage and execute the marketing campaign process from initial request submission to deployment, focusing on outbound marketing channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Conduct audience segmentation and ensure quality assurance of touchpoints, personalization elements, and dynamic content.
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve fan strategies and lift conversion rates.
  • Optimize lifecycle CRM campaigns, such as onboarding and reactivation, using insights and analytics to increase fan lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors to build effective campaign strategies that meet performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging, Movable Ink, Attentive preferred).
  • Prior knowledge of enterprise-level marketing automation platforms (Adobe tools like AEP, AJO, CJA, Campaign, Marketo preferred).
  • Proficiency in HTML editing and a strong understanding of channel KPIs, A/B testing, metrics, and reporting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and German is required.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop is a plus.
