What You'll Do

• Coordinate promotional campaigns from concept to launch and post-evaluation as a CRM Coordinator (Gaming) remote.
• Execute and analyze below-the-line campaigns to increase player value.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to monitor customer behaviors and optimize promotions.
• Test user journeys and ensure CRM is delivered to the highest standards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
• Report on campaign performance, extracting key insights in a clear format.
• Identify key areas and gaps to drive improvements and bring about change.
• Monitor competitor trends and best practices to ensure promotions remain competitive.

Requirements

• Proven track record of professional experience in CRM, ideally in the iGaming sector.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to problem-solve with attention to detail and creativity.
• Good understanding of customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and communication strategies.
• Target-driven with a focus on both tactical and strategic business goals.
• Outstanding organization skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-driven attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Experience with Optimove or a similar platform is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the gaming or online gambling industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in the iGaming sector.
