About the Role

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer for Social Media Advertising to join our rapidly growing, women-led performance agency. As a Creative Designer remote, you'll play a crucial role in enabling our clients to scale through our media buying, content creation, and production of creator content. This position offers the exciting opportunity to work with fast-growing e-commerce brands and tackle new challenges daily.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and design creatives (images and videos) for social media advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure your creatives perform exceptionally well.
  • Stay updated on the latest creative trends and incorporate them into your designs.
  • Analyze the performance of creatives and share insights with the team to improve future projects.
  • Ensure adherence to creative best practices and processes for your clients.
  • Plan and brief creator shootings, bringing fresh content to life.
  • Manage client projects and maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Optionally, take charge of campaign creation in Ads Manager and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Requirements

  • Completed training or degree in Communication Design or Media Design.
  • Understanding of branding, advertising psychology, and communication principles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in creating advertisements, preferably for paid social media.
  • 2-3 years of agency experience, with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong presence on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms, with a passion for analyzing advertising strategies from other brands.
  • Proficiency in Canva, InDesign, and Photoshop; experience with CapCut and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Organized, structured, and experienced in working on larger projects within a team.
  • A creative mindset with a knack for developing compelling concepts.
  • Ability to interpret key performance indicators in Ads Manager (optional) and a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area (required).
  • Fluent in German at a native level.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video advertising and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with customer care principles.
