Cost Basis Reporting Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Cost Basis Reporting Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and resolving client requests for cost basis information in their accounts. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.

What You'll Do

• Research and resolve client requests for cost basis information in their accounts.
• Analyze and resolve tax lot breaks through research and collaboration.
• Adapt current processes and establish new ones to enhance quality output.
• Input data and track manual data fixes through all steps to completion.
• Collaborate with team members to expand and share product knowledge for various security types held at UBS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Excellent data analysis skills with a focus on reconciliations.
• Strong client service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to organize and monitor your own workflow effectively.
• Professional communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Adaptability to changing rules and regulations.
