Controller with Focus on Contract Management - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Controller with Focus on Contract Management to join our team at Atruvia. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to our Infrastructure Backbone Services. As a Controller, you will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency and optimizing contracts within our organization.

What You'll Do

• Actively contribute to efficiency improvements and contract optimization.
• Take responsibility for regular contract controlling and reporting.
• Support contract managers and departments in annual financial planning and forecasts.
• Assist in contract design by defining contract contents and selecting contract items.
• Provide economic consulting for service field and tribe leads, monitoring contract compliance and metrics.
• Engage in risk assessment, outsourcing management, and evaluation of external procurement.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in contract management or a comparable qualification.
• Strong affinity for IT/data center infrastructure topics, including servers, databases, and networks.
• Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel; basic knowledge of SAP is required, and familiarity with Jira is a plus.
• Fluent in German (C1 level) and good English skills (B2 level).
• Strong analytical thinking, independent and goal-oriented work style, and excellent communication skills.
• Agile mindset with a passion for continuous improvement of internal workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with contract law and compliance regulations.
