Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical recruiter or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools.
