  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a medical recruiter or in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS and other recruitment tools.
